Ticket and admission terms

These terms apply to the purchase of tickets to and the visit of Båter i Sjøen 2026 at Aker Brygge in Oslo, 27–30 August 2026, organised by NORBOAT AS.

Tickets

Tickets are sold through TicketCo. Purchase and payment are governed by TicketCo's terms, which you accept at checkout. Purchased tickets are non-refundable. The right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for an event on a specific date (cf. the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, § 22).

Admission

A valid ticket grants admission to the fair during opening hours. Children up to and including 14 years are admitted free of charge. The ticket is valid for a single entry – if you leave the area and wish to re-enter the same day, get a stamp at the exit.

Changes and cancellation

The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, exhibitor list, activities and opening hours. If the entire event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser's control (force majeure), the ticket is moved to a new date.

Photography and film

Photos and video may be taken at the event and used to market the fair and on our channels. By visiting the event you accept this. If you do not wish to be photographed, please tell a member of our staff or the photographer.

Conduct and safety

Visitors must follow instructions from the organiser, security and Aker Brygge. The organiser may remove visitors who behave threateningly, are heavily intoxicated, or pose a danger or nuisance to others, without a refund.

Liability

Visiting the fair and taking part in activities is at your own risk. The organiser is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings unless caused by the organiser's negligence.

Sales of goods
